Subway Series – #33 Teriyaki Blitz Sandwich Video Review

Who doesn’t love teriyaki beef jerky!? I certainly do! It has such a distinct and unique flavor. Subway must really like teriyaki beef jerky too, because they brought its unique flavor to one of their new Subway Series Menu sandwiches, the #33 Teriyaki Blitz!

I personally was quite curious about this one too, because I’ve never seen teriyaki flavors in a sandwich before. I trust in Subway when it comes to their sandwiches creations though, as almost every signature, Subway Series sandwich up until this point has been pretty great for me.

Who knew that teriyaki could work so well in a sandwich? I certainly didn’t but when it hits your tongue, its just amazing. That sauce has a really great subtle, and I do want to stress subtle, sweet flavor to it. It definitely is the main thing about the sandwich that will have you craving for more. It has an almost BBQ flavor to it, but if you’ve ever had teriyaki beef jerky before, you know what I’m talking about. Even the cheese paired well with this, which was kind of a surprise. Overall, I really loved this one and would recommend it to any teriyaki lover out there. It really was a wonderfully surprising new flavor that works exceptionally well in a sub-sandwich.
