Hot Pockets Deliwich Pepperoni & Mozzarella Video Review
If you told me that the Hot Pockets brand was going to do something outside of their “Pocket” style of frozen sandwich, I would tell you your dreaming. Well, it looks like I’m going to have to eat those words, because they have something brand new that steps outside of that Hot Pocket mold (sort of), the Deliwich.
What’s new here is the use of a soft roll, instead of the typical pizza or croissant type crusts Hot Pockets is known for. It’s not too far removed from a typical Hot Pocket, but enough to warrant their own name, the Deliwich.
The variety of Deliwich I tried was the Pepperoni & Mozzarella, and it was a pretty good experience overall. Watch the video below to see what I thought!
There are also three other Deliwich varieties at the moment: Turkey & Colby, Cheese Melt & Cheddar & Ham. I aim to try them all, as the pepperoni and mozzarella surprised me with how much I enjoyed it. This is the Hot Pockets brand though, so I shouldn’t be too surprised. Their parent company, Nestle makes some of the best frozen foods around, (Digiorno, Stouffer’s, Haagen-Dazs).
In any event, check out the Deliwiches, you might be pleasantly surprised. I enjoyed them quite a bit.
