DiGiorno Thin & Crispy, Tomato Mozzarella with Pesto Pizza Review

So, I’ve been going through all of the DiGiorno Thin & Crispy pizzas and its been a pretty pleasant experience so far. Every one of their offerings in the Thin & Crispy department up until this point has been pretty awesome. Here I have another Thin & Crispy Pizza from DiGiorno. This time their Tomato Mozzarella with Pesto variety. So now I’m going to try it out and share with you what I think!

First Thoughts

The pesto flavor from bite number one is very strong. If you love pesto, I suspect that you’ll love this pizza. The tomatoes on this pizza are also quite juicy and flavorful. Juicy is really an understatement, as the tomatoes here really taste super fresh. Almost like they pulled them right off the vine and cut them up in front of you, just to put on the pie. The cheese here also surprised me quite a bit. Its very cheesy. The crust here is fine. It didn’t stand out as much as everything else, but in all honesty it didn’t need to. Everything else was so flavorful, it wasn’t necessary.

Final Thoughts

If you love a cheesy and tomato covered pesto pie, this is what your looking for. The cheesiness and tomatoes really steal the show here. The pesto also does an amazing job providing a truly unique flavor profile as well. This pie did a great job surpassing my expectations. It’s really a well put together pizza that any pesto lover should definitely appreciate.
